BLOWING PROCESS:

Step 1. Place the preform in the preform container, and automatically enter the preform positioning device through the conveying device.

Step 2. Turn the preform mouth up, and the preform is automatically loaded onto the preform holder and sent to the drying tunnel.

Step 3. After heating, the preform is sent to the blowing platform, and then the mold is locked, and the bottle is shaped through low-pressure blowing, high-pressure blowing, exhaust, and mold opening.

Step 4. The finished bottle comes down from the bottle blowing platform by the automatic ejection system.

This model of automatic plastic bottle blow molding can blow normal PET bottles as well as wide-mouth bottles. Preforms feeded by hand to the convayor. The machine will load preforms automatically to the 500mL-2L PET Blowing Machine.
